Everything ok in financial wonderland?

The US Gouvernement wants to help the troubled financial community in the USA. Does this solve all problems?
Yes, if one looks at the Dow
Jones index of yesterday, then one could think that everything comes again well. The Dow Jones had added almost 4% yesterday.
How shall the rescue
plan work?
It looks like that the state take
on all bad loans. The whole speculation blister is then kept artificially alive and the casino still remains open for some time longer.
Even if the debts and bad papers are out of the books of the
finance enterprises, they are not away from this. The US property
market is not stabilized.This rescue
operation will cost the U.S. taxpayers billions of U.S. dollars. To the Current account
balance deficit , this new financial burden comes on top of this.
The USA must raise still more money abroad and the interest for this will increase. And the confidence in the U.S. financial
economy is quite shaken after these turbulences. And confidence is the base in the finance business. Is the loss of trust a reason for the gold
price increase?
